Fish Sauce Chicken Wings
Ingredients: - 8 to 10 finely chopped garlic cloves - 1/2 cup fish sauce or Nuoc Mam - 1/2 cup of sugar - 1/3 cup of warm water - 10 whole chicken wings cut at the joints - 3/4 cup rice flour - 1/4 cornstarch - 2 teaspoons of baking powder - 2 tablespoons of Asian garlic and chili sauce or Indonesian Sambal Olek or anything similar Directions: Mix together the chopped garlic, sugar, fish sauce, and warm water until syrupy.
